Features

OTP and verification codes, right in your inbox

Your OTP, shown automatically

When an email with a verification code or one-time password (OTP) arrives, we pull out the code and put it at the top of the message. One tap copies it. Verification links get their own button too.

Works with 4–8 digit codes, codes with a space like 482 913, and codes that mix letters and numbers.

Several addresses, one page

Make a new disposable address whenever you need one, or choose the name yourself. All your addresses stay in the list, and you switch between them in one click.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is temp mail?

Temp mail, also called temporary, disposable, burner or throwaway email, is an email address you use instead of your own. It receives mail like a normal inbox, then disappears on its own. That keeps spam and newsletters out of your real inbox.

Is this the same as 10 minute mail?

It's the same idea, but your inbox lasts a full hour instead of ten minutes. That gives slow emails time to arrive without you having to make a new address.

Can I receive real email here?

Yes. Use the address shown above your inbox. New messages appear automatically as they arrive.

How long does an inbox last?

An inbox expires one hour after creation and becomes inaccessible. Contents are deleted automatically, normally within five minutes after expiry while the service is running. You can also delete the inbox immediately using the delete button.

Can I send email?

Temp Mails is receive-only. You can read and download messages and supported attachments, but cannot send or reply.

Is my inbox private?

Each inbox is protected with a random access key stored in your browser. Anyone with this key can access the inbox. Do not use temporary email for sensitive information or accounts you intend to keep.

Can I receive one-time codes?

Yes. Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. The code is shown at the top of the message with a copy button, so you can use it before it expires.

Can I choose the address myself?

Yes. Select Customize, enter a username of 3–32 characters and pick a domain. Leave it empty to get a random name.

How many addresses can I make?

Up to 60 new addresses an hour. Each inbox holds 50 messages or 20 MB.

Which attachments can I receive?

PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP. An email can have up to ten attachments, 5 MB in total. Other file types are rejected.

Why don't all websites accept the address?

Some websites block known temporary email domains. Try the other domain. For accounts you want to keep, use your own email.
